About Daniela
Hello! I’m glad you’ve made it here. The job search can be hard, but it is also an interesting time to reflect on your values, skills, and goals.
A little bit about me – I most recently served as Chief of Strategy at Green New Deal Network, a national coalition of organizations advancing federal investment in climate solutions. I have held a lot of roles in progressive organizations, including field organizing, communications, digital strategy, grantmaking, organizational planning, research, and more.
I have also been the hiring manager for folks in many positions and levels from interns to organizers to director-level leaders.
Let me support you through the eyes of someone who has sorted through hundreds of applications, with the heart of someone who knows the challenges of looking for a values-aligned job.

Good option if you have an existing resumé and need a refresh. Conducted by email correspondence; I will ask you to fill out a simple form to inform my feedback
Get specific comments on formatting, content, areas where you can strengthen wording, etc.
Includes 1 more round of edits from me after you receive my feedback and revise
In-depth resumé support - $100
Good option if you want more direct support and understanding of crafting a strong resumé
Start with a 30-minute consultation call to review your job search goals and resumé needs
Strengthened version of existing resumé sent back to you within 3 days of call; or by preference, specific comments for you to implement revisions and unlimited edits from me for 7 days
Add-ons:
+$25 for a full re-formatting of the design of your resumé; let’s make it clean, easy to read, and understandable by applicant tracking systems (ATS)
+$25 for up to 3 additional versions of your resumé, tailored to different kinds of roles.
This is a highly-recommended practice - for example, if you are applying to both communications jobs and organizing jobs
Interview support - $75 per 45-minute session
Mock interviews - Have an interview coming up? Congratulations! Send me the role, and I will tailor interview questions to conduct a mock interview. We will do 30 minutes of interview questions and 15 minutes of interview feedback. You will get a recording to review for practice purposes.
Interview coaching - Want to brush up your skills generally or get practice ahead of gametime? I will send you my tips & tricks for preparing for interviews, including how to create a bank of interview answers to have on hand. We will do a 45-minute call where we can hone those answers and practice interview questions applicable to any role.
